After an audit where the Library System was flagged as outdated, with slow processes and ineffective book management, we proposed migration to the Cloud system of the same product. We supported the Librarian with training and guidance during the process to eliminate any unnecessary stress or issues. This has improved the Librarian’s tasks and activities, as well as having a direct impact on the staff and students who use the library on a daily basis.

The School servers were highlighted during a network audit as soon requiring refresh. We worked with the school and relevant 3rd parties (e.g. Cashless Catering, PaperCut) to migrate the VMs to Server 2022 and shut down those servers which were not in use. Any data which is not currently in use but needs to be accessible for legal reasons, has remained backed-up.

Each year the School asks us to procure Chromebook devices for the new cohort. We continually provide best value product and pricing for this requirement and offer the School the facility to pay for this over a payment plan.

The School has recently invested in a 3 x 3 Video Wall which Vocosa has designed, procured and installed and configured. We provide training to the relevant members of staff and support the solution post install. This will allow the school to use the video wall daily to display information, facilitate presentations, encourage community use and generate income.
