However, in buying from Vocosa, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that it is buying goods and services as a business and not as a consumer.

As a business, purchases the Customer makes from Vocosa will not benefit from the same statutory protection available to consumers under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or any other consumer protection legislation.

PRICE

Unless a written quotation has been given with a fixed price period the prices for the Products are subject to alteration without notice and the price charged to the Customer will be that applicable at the date of Vocosa’s acceptance of the order. Orders are not binding upon Vocosa until accepted by Vocosa. All quoted prices are exclusive of value added tax. Where applicable these will be added as separate items on invoice.

RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES

Vocosa and you, the customer and user, agree to waive any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to bring a claim in respect of any other agreement entered into in relation to the subject matter of these terms and conditions. You also agree that all third parties shall be expressly excluded from bringing a claim in relation to these terms and conditions and your use of this website.

INVALIDITY OF TERMS

If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

LAW

English Law shall govern these terms and conditions and any dispute arising from such use or otherwise in connection with this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
